RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase.
All items sold are not refundable. If there is any manufacturing defect, we shall offer an exchange with similar good.
Any claim regarding manufacturing defect, or missing parts must be made within 3 days upon receiving of goods by emailing to [email protected].
Please note that we require images or videos to better assist you with regards of the defective item.
1. EXCHANGES STEP:
All exchanges would need to be raised within 3 days upon receiving the goods. Upon confirmation of exchange request, we would send you an Exchange Request Form.
1.1 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
1.2 Kindly print and fill up the Exchange Request Form and attach with the item in its original condition and packaging.
1.3 Mail us your package and provide us the tracking number.
1.4 Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your exchange or return is ready. The processing period is 7 working days upon receipt of your package.
Please note that all exchanges and replacement of parts are subjected to stock availability. We reserve the right to do an exchange by similar item or any other methods at the discretion of the management.
2. EXCLUSION:
Our exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from act of negligence or accidental damage, fair wear and tear of a product or willful damage.
